No. Book anyone you like, however you like. Add vendors you found elsewhere to your budget tracker so your whole wedding budget lives in one place. VowPair doesn't take payments or handle contracts; you pay vendors directly.

Vendors you match with see what you've set aside for their service, which is what saves you the back-and-forth. Your total wedding budget stays hidden unless you choose to show it. Your payments and agreed prices are only visible to you and the people you invite.

Yes. Invite them from your Planning team. Choose whether each person can help plan or just view. Helpers never message vendors as you or edit your website, and you can remove anyone at any time.

No. A vendor can send one short introduction per request, and only if your request fits them. You can turn introductions off, close a category once you've booked, and block or report any vendor.
